Questions we get asked.
How long does a website take?
A simple site is usually live in three to four weeks. A considered one, six to ten. Complex builds are scoped individually and run in milestones you sign off as we go.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The code, the design and the domain are yours. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a plain editor for the things you change often: text, images, prices, opening hours. We show you how in a 30 minute call.
What does hosting cost?
From £25 a month, including SSL, backups, monitoring and small fixes. No contract.
Do you work outside Norfolk?
Most clients are within an hour of Norwich, but we work with businesses across the UK. Discovery calls are on video either way.
What do you need from me to start?
A conversation. Then, as we go, your words, your photos and your honest opinions. We will tell you what is missing and when.
Do you do SEO?
Every site is built to be found: fast, structured, written properly. We do not sell monthly SEO retainers. If you need ongoing content work we will introduce you to someone who does it well.
