Portals and bookings

Client log-ins, online booking, quotes and payments. The parts of your business that currently live in email and spreadsheets.

SaaS products

From first version to paying customers: accounts, subscriptions with Stripe, admin dashboards and the boring bits that keep it running.

Internal tools

Small, focused apps for your team. Job tracking, reporting, stock. Built around how you work, not the other way round.

Who it is for.

Founders with an idea that needs a real product, and established businesses who have outgrown spreadsheets. We have built accounting software, an AI report tool for surveyors and booking systems for local businesses.

How it goes.

Call

A video call about the problem, the people who will use it and what the first version must do.

Scope

A written plan split into milestones, each with a fixed price, so you always know what is being built and what it costs.

Build in milestones

Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres. You use each milestone on a staging site and sign it off before we start the next.

Run and grow

We host it, monitor it and fix what breaks, then keep building as your users ask for more.

Built nearby.

What it costs.

Simple£500

A few pages that say who you are and how to reach you. A café, a tradesperson, a practice that needs to be found.

Considered£2,000

A site with something to do: bookings, a shop, a members area, content you update yourself.

Complex£5,000

A web application or platform. Accounts, payments, integrations, the things a business runs on.

Questions.

How much does a web app cost?

It depends on what it needs to do, so we price each one in milestones after a scoping call. A focused first version usually costs far less than people expect.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. If you ever move to another team, they can pick it up.

Can you work with an app I already have?

Often, yes. We read the existing code first and tell you honestly whether it is worth building on or better to replace.

Do you build mobile apps too?

We build web apps that work well on phones, and we have shipped iOS apps alongside them where a native app made sense.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. Hosting, monitoring, security updates and new features are covered by a monthly care plan, with no long contract.
