AI-assisted RICS survey report platform — capture findings on site with the iOS app, and the AI structures, drafts and formats the report. A web dashboard tracks every survey from in-progress to AI-ready and exports branded, signed-off PDF reports.

The problem

Surveyors spend hours after every inspection rewriting rough site notes into RICS-structured reports — slow, repetitive work that delays delivery and eats into billable time.

What we did

We built an iOS app for on-site dictation and photo capture with offline-first sync, paired with a Next.js dashboard where AI drafts the report in RICS Home Survey structure. Surveyors review section by section, apply AI rewrites, and deliver a branded PDF the same day.

What changed

  • Branded PDF delivery enabling same-day report turnaround.
  • Subscription tiers with dynamic plan limits, Stripe billing, and an admin centre tracking AI costs.
